    When I think "Game Day," I think of big parties! This delicious and easy to make Baked Garlic Brie recipe is the best easy appetizer recipe, especially for football parties!

    I made a delicious - and EASY - Baked Garlic Brie, and I love how it turned out! Quick and Easy is the best way, isn't it?

    This easy Baked Garlic Brie just uses a few simple ingredients - all of which can be picked up at your local Publix Supermarket, or if you don't have a Publix (my condolences), any grocery store should have them.

    Just grab these ingredients and you are ready to get started!

    How to make Baked Garlic Brie

    The total time to make this Baked Garlic Brie recipe is about 20 minutes. This includes removing the rind from the Brie cheese wheel as well as cooking. It's a pretty simple recipe!

    Our Baked Garlic Brie recipe makes 16 servings.

    Here the the ingredients that you will need to make our Baked Garlic Brie

    • 1 lb Brie cheese with the rind removed
    • 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • Crackers - we like Wheat Thins original for this recipe, but any crackers will do!

    Instructions for how to make Baked Garlic Brie

    Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Cut your Brie cheese into ½ inch cubes, and then place them in a 3 cup baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

    Add the rosemary and garlic, and mix it up GENTLY.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. You're going to want to stir it up at the 5 minute mark, so set your timer!

    Serve this Baked Garlic Brie with crackers and you're all set!

    Substitutions and Variations

    Sweet and Spicy Baked Brie Dip

    Remove the rind from an 8 ounce Brie Cheese. Toss with 2 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeno peppers in a 1 ½ cup baking dish. Bake it 8-10 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes.

    Microwave 1 tablespoon apricot jam or preserves in a microwavable bowl on HIGH for 15 seconds, then stir. Spoon this over your warm cheese.

    This variation of the recipe serves 8.

    I mean, really, who doesn't love baked brie? YUM! This Baked Garlic Brie recipe is bound to be the hit of any holiday party, and it takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish.
