Corralejo Blood Orange Margarita
Ingredients needed to make this Corralejo Blood Orange Margarita
- 2 oz. Corralejo Reposado Tequila
- 3 oz. Fresh Blood Orange Juice
- ¾ fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz. Simple syrup
Method: Rub the rim of an old fashioned glass (or whatever similar vessel you prefer to drink out of) with an edge of a blood orange slice. Swirl the rim through a small pile of Koher or Sea Salt to the Rim. Combine a few cubes of ice into a salted glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass and enjoy.
NOTE: 1 basic simple syrup is a 1:1 ratio of white granulated sugar dissolved into water. Example would be one cup of sugar dissolved into one cup of water.

- 1.5 oz Tod & Vixen’s Dry Gin 1651
- 1 oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
- 1 oz Campari
Directions: Stir with ice in an ice-filled rocks glass, garnish with an orange wedge, then serve. (Finger-stirring optional.)

- .5 parts Byrrh
- .5 parts Antica Formula
- .25 parts Punch Abruzzo
- .25 parts Angostura bitters
- .5 parts water
- 4-5 dashes Fee Brother's Plum Bitters
Directions: All ingredients should be combined, decanted, and served at room temperature like a dessert wine or an amaro.

Ingredients needed to make this Tanteo Tequila Red-Pepper-Ita
- 13/4 oz. Tanteo® Chipotle Tequila
- ¼ oz. Mezcal
- ¾ oz. Red Pepper Purée
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz. Light Agave Nectar (or simple syrup)
