Make Your Bed Before You Do ANYTHING Else
I know that we all have our morning routines. We get up, use the bathroom, make our coffee, check our messages, etc. The first thing I do when I wake up is make my bed. Arranging the throw pillows and all! Not only does it help prevent me from indulging my lazy side and crawling back into bed, but it just makes my bedroom look nicer, and it's one less thing I have to worry about for the rest of the day!
Of course, sometimes a little fur baby crawls into bed with me and I have to just leave it alone for a while...but once they're up and moving around, I make the bed up after them!
Take Your Vitamins and Supplements
I am a firm believer in taking a daily multivitamin, as well as other supplements. For instance, I take a daily vitamin, as well as supplements for my hair, skin and nails, B12, etc. There's quite a few that I take daily, and I actually feel the difference in my energy level when I miss a day.
