Strawberry Blueberry Tart Recipe

Ingredients

  • 20 Golden Oreos or vanilla sandwich cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions

  • Place cookies into a food processor and process until they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and process for 20 seconds until mixed evenly. Pour into a round tart plan and press firmly with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate.
  • (Alternately you can crush your cookies in a plastic bag and with a rolling pin)
  • Rinse out the food processor and dry. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream. Process for about 30 seconds until a smooth frosting-like consistency.
  • (Alternately you can mix all three of these items in a mixing bowl and with a hand mixer)
  • Remove tart crust from the refrigerator and spread filing onto the crust. Return to the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Top with strawberries and blueberries before serving.
