These bite-sized, Spinach Artichoke Wontons combine the creaminess of spinach artichoke dip with the crunch of wonton wrappers for the best party appetizers.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 24 muffin cavities in a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Place 1 wonton wrapper into each cavity and using a tart shaper, gently press into the muffin tin. Bake for 5 minutes.
Remove wontons from oven. Fill each wrapper with 1 teaspoon spinach artichoke dip and top with a pinch of parmesan cheese and about ½ tablespoon mozzarella cheese.
Return to the oven to bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and filling is hot. Serve warm topped with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
