4 chicken thighs salt and pepper 2 potatoes sliced into cubes ¾ cup carrots chopped into rounds ¼ cup chicken broth ¼ cup white wine 1 teaspoon garlic minced 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper
Place chicken thighs into a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Place potatoes and carrots on top of chicken and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add chicken broth, wine, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour over chicken thighs.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
