8 oz Cream Cheese 1 brick, cubed 2 Cups Spinach thawed from Frozen , drained 2 Artichoke Hearts Jars of Marinated, drain and chop 1 Cup Sour Cream ½ Cup Milk ⅓ Cup Mayo ½ Cup Feta Cheese crumbled ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese shaved 2 Garlic cloves, smashed 1 Onion small onion, diced fine 1 TBS Red Wine Vinegar Salt & Pepper to taste
Set slow cooker on low heat. Set aside the cubed cream cheese for just a second.
Place all other ingredients in the slow cooker and combined thoroughly.
Evenly distribute the cubed cream cheese on top of mixture.
Cover and cook for just about 2 hours.
Uncover and stir that pot of awesome sauce around.
Turn heat to high and allow to bubble for 10 minutes.
