Caramelized Brussel Sprouts Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons SPLENDA┬« Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 1 dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds of Brussel Sprouts ends cut off and cut in half


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. After your Brussel Sprouts are washed, cut the ends off and halve them.
  3. Place them in a baking dish (I used a 9x13) and sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toss until the Brussel Sprouts are evenly coated with olive oil and then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir, and sprinkle one more tablespoon of SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
