Recipe with Ground Beef and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles cooked and kept warm
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can 10.5 oz, cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 4 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1-½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • chopped fresh parsley optional for serving

Instructions

  • Add ground beef to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat, stirring frequently and crumbling beef. Cook until no longer pink and drain grease.
  • Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • Stir in soup, cream cheese and milk and continue to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and combined with beef.
  • Fold in noodles and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes or until hot.
  • Top with shredded cheese and broil for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
