Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 8 oz Bowtie pasta Farfalle or Mini Farfalle pasta
  • 16 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a saucepan (with a lid) over medium heat, add a few table spoons of olive oil - just enough to cover the pan so that you can sauté your chicken. Add the chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper, and close the lid! You'll have to check the chicken every few minutes and turn so that it cooks evenly. Remember, when it comes to chicken, it's better to cook at a lower temperature for a longer period of time so that it stays tender and juicy!
  • Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to the package directions and drain. I used microwavable broccoli to make things easier, so you can choose how to cook your broccoli however you like!
  • Once the chicken is done, add into the pot with the drained pasta.
