- 16 oz cream cheese 2 blocks, 8 oz each, cream cheese, softened
- 25 oz Hormel chili without beans
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips for serving
- chopped fresh parsley optional for serving
Preheat oven to 350 and spread cream cheese evenly into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan.
Spoon chili on top of cream cheese and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Edges will just begin to bubble.
Remove from oven and serve hot with tortilla chips.
