Hormel Chili with Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese 2 blocks, 8 oz each, cream cheese, softened
  • 25 oz Hormel chili without beans
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chips for serving
  • chopped fresh parsley optional for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and spread cream cheese evenly into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan.
  • Spoon chili on top of cream cheese and spread evenly.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Edges will just begin to bubble.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot with tortilla chips.
