- 1½ lbs fresh broccoli
- 2 boxes stuffing mix (6 ounces each)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounces)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 by 13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish with nonstick spray and set it aside.
Mix eggs, mayo, sour cream, milk, soup, and 1 cup cheese.
Steam broccoli until tender.
Prepare stuffing mix.
Combine everything and spread in a greased baking dish.
Pour melted butter over top and add remaining cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
