2 granny smith apples cored and sliced thin 2 cups coleslaw mix shredded ¼ cup lemon juice ¼ cup maple syrup ¼ cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons honey mustard ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ cup raisins ½ cup walnuts
Mix together apples and coleslaw mix.
In a small bowl, add lemon juice, maple syrup, oil, mustard and pepper. Mix well and pour over apple mix. Stir well to coat evenly. Let set for 30 minutes before topping with raisins and walnuts and serving.
Refrigerate leftovers.
