Add cream cheese to a mixer and beat well. Add whipped topping and beat well. Pour in cake mix and milk and beat well. If mixture is too thick, you can add additional milk, 2 tablespoons at a time. I did not need additional milk.

Spoon into a serving dish and top with sprinkles. Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

Serve with animal crackers or graham crackers.
