Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs with Potatoes and Carrots Recipe

chicken thighs
salt and pepper

potatoes
sliced into cubes

cup
carrots
chopped into rounds
¼
cup
chicken broth
¼
cup
white wine
1
teaspoon
minced garlic
1
teaspoon
thyme
1
teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Place chicken thighs into a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Place potatoes and carrots on top of chicken and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add chicken broth, wine, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour over chicken thighs.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
