Not Your Grandma's Strawberry Fluff Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup pecans chopped
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups 16 ounces fresh strawberries, washed and quartered
  • 8 oz whipped topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Mix pretzels, pecans, brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Spread onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 7 minutes or until bubbly. Set aside to cool. Break apart into small pieces once completely cool.
  • Add cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat until mixed well. Add in whipped topping and beat until combined.
  • Fold berries and pretzels into cream mixture. Serve immediately.
  • Store in the refrigerator, covered.
