Classic Cheese Ball Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or use walnuts or pistachios
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worchestershire sauce and pepper to a mixing bowl and use beaters to mix the cheese.
  • Shape into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Coat with pecans before serving.
  • Serve with crackers.
