8 oz cream cheese softened 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese grated 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce pinch of pepper 1 cup chopped pecans or use walnuts or pistachios Crackers for serving
Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worchestershire sauce and pepper to a mixing bowl and use beaters to mix the cheese.
Shape into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Coat with pecans before serving.
Serve with crackers.
