Caramelized Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 dash of salt
  • 1 dash of pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds of Brussel Sprouts ends cut off and cut in half

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • After your Brussel Sprouts are washed, cut the ends off and halve them.
  • Place them in a baking dish (I used a 9x13) and sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Toss until the Brussel Sprouts are evenly coated with olive oil and then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then stir, and sprinkle one more tablespoon of SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
