    Veggie Beef Stew Recipe Ingredients

    • 3 fists full of baby greens (pre washed)
    • 2 pounds of stew meat
    • 1 large tomato (rough chopped)
    • a handful of washed mushrooms
    • 4 cups beef stock

    How to Make This Veggie Beef Stew Recipe Directions

    Wash, cut and peel 4 to 8 carrots (depending on size) into chunks.

    Crockpot Veggie Beef Stew Recipe

    Wash, peel and cut 4-6 golden potatoes into chunks.

    Dice one large onion.

    Blend together the following until completely smooth-it may become frothy while blending as shown, this is perfectly alright:

    • 3 fists full of baby greens (pre washed)
    • 1 large tomato (rough chopped)
    • a handful of washed mushrooms

    Place the meat and vegetables in the crockpot and then pour the pureed vegetables and stock over the meat.
