Everyone is always talking about wraps and to be quite honest, I never really got the appeal until I made this Turkey Roasted Red Pepper Wrap.

    Turkey Roasted Red Pepper Wrap

SO MUCH BREAD. SO MUCH CARBS. OY. I learned that the secret to enjoying wraps is to fill them with really flavorful, tasty stuff, so that the fillings provide so much flavor that they overcome the actual tortilla itself.

Take this Turkey Roasted Red Pepper Wraps Recipe as an example - the tortilla is there, yes, but all you taste is the tasty, tasty turkey and roasted red pepper that fills it up!

You can make this Turkey & Roasted Red Pepper Wraps Recipe with chicken instead of the turkey, and it will taste just as amazing.

Those roasted red peppers are what really pack the flavorful punch, just be sure to drain the peppers really well so that it doesn't make the filling too soupy and messy!

Directions for how to make this Turkey Roasted Red Pepper Wrap

Add your turkey, the roasted red peppers, dressing and cheese in a bowl. Mix it all well to combine and then stir in the spinach and mix to coat evenly. You may not think that spinach is really necessary in this recipe, but it adds a depth of flavor and an additional nutritional punch too!

Spoon your prepared mixture into the onto tortillas and wrap them up!

You can also make this mixture up to a day or two ahead of time and just add it to the tortillas when you're ready to serve them.

Talk about a quick and easy lunch or dinner! These are pretty perfect for packing to take on a picnic lunch too!
