Spicy Cranberry Meatballs Recipe Made Easy with Mama Mancini’s

Meatballs. Just that one word, all on its own, is enough to make my mouth water! There are so many different ways to enjoy meatballs, but let's face it, the actual making of the meatballs is not all that fun. It's time consuming, and if you don't know what you're doing (that would apply to me), you'll end up with a crumbly mess. Mama Mancini’s at Walmart takes the guesswork, the mixing, the ball-shaping and the tedious process of browning out of your hands and does the hard part for you! Mama Mancini's Meatballs are made from 100% beef, whole fresh eggs, Romano cheese, onion, parsley and a pinch of seasonings and breadcrumbs. Formed by hand and lightly browned, they're slow cooked in an Italian sauce made from simple ingredients.

They're incredibly tasty and so convenient - you just heat them and serve however you'd like! Take this Spicy Cranberry Meatballs recipe as an example - it's an old recipe that my cousin prepares for a holiday appetizer, but it can easily be made into a quick family dinner by serving them on a bed of white rice.

    Spicy-Cranberry-Meatballs

The Manicini family has been cooking up delicious food to the public since Dan Manicini created the company in 2007, and their expertise shows in the quality of their meatballs. Before working on this Spicy Cranberry Meatballs recipe, I had to taste test the Mama Mancini's Meatballs to make sure they would work...and let's just say that I will be buying more to make my favorite Spaghetti and Meatballs or Meatball Subs in the near future!

Are you drooling yet? All you need to create this super simple dish is one package of Mama Mancini's Beef Meatballs, Chili Sauce and Cranberry Sauce.

You can serve as is for a fun appetizer, or serve over white rice for a quick meal.
