Have you been trying to grow your hair out for what feels like an eternity? You’ve not had it cut for weeks, yet it still doesn’t seem to grow much at all. It’s a painful process that feels as though you’re getting nowhere.

Today, you’re about to put your woes behind you! If you keep on reading, you’ll find some essential tips to help you grow your hair a lot faster - oh, and they’re all-natural as well!

    Clean your scalp

Hair tends to grow slowly when there are issues with the scalp. If your scalp is inflamed or too oily or too dry, the follicles stop growing. More than that, they actively start to thin out, making it impossible to grow your hair.

As such, one of the keys to hair growth is cleaning your scalp. You want to use shampoos that target hair growth, ensuring that they clean your scalp thoroughly whenever you use them. Brushing your hair can also help you maintain a clean scalp, which lets your follicles breathe and start encouraging hair growth again.

    Stimulate your scalp

Similarly, you should combine scalp cleaning with some stimulation. Effectively, the aim is to encourage more blood flow to the area. Many people don’t get enough circulation in their scalp, which is why it’s so hard to grow their hair.

You see, increasing the blood flow will mean that more nutrients are brought to this part of your body. Thus, the hair follicles become healthier and can help you grow more hair. An easy way to stimulate your scalp is by massaging it. You can buy little gadgets to do this in the shower, as well as head massagers to use whenever you want. More blood flow means longer hair!

    Take biotin and collagen supplements

Both of these supplements are proven to help you grow healthier hair. If you’re struggling to grow your hair quickly, add these supplements to your diet. Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body, and guess what your hair is made from? No, not collagen, keratin. Still, it’s a protein, and collagen supplements include all the amino acids that make up keratin as well. Therefore, you can boost the supply of keratin, meaning your hair grows faster and thicker.

Biotin is a key vitamin that is often seen in low levels when someone has thinning hair or struggles to grow their hair. It naturally promotes hair growth because it is involved in the production of keratin. So, taking a biotin tablet once a day can really help you supercharge your hair growth goals.

Basically, this is all you need to do to grow your hair faster. As long as you take good care of it, you should see results extremely quickly. Avoid applying heat to your hair as much as you can as this can cause a lot of damage. The heat from straighteners, curlers, hairdryers, and the sun can cause hair to become brittle and stop growing.

So, clean your scalp, keep it stimulated, take your supplements, and look after your hair. That’s it, that’s all you have to do to naturally grow your hair longer.
