Be brave enough to face reality and make decisions even if they are risky because if you want your hair to volumize and strengthen, the only thing you must do is cut your hair. If you're scared to cut it, you are not ready for vigorous and volumizing hair.

Before stepping into the next step, condition your mind and yourself that everything you do for your hair is a way of self-care, so do not doubt taking the risk. If you are confident you will do this for yourself, everything will be worth it. Be courageous because you are beautiful in whatever way.

How to Increase the Volume and Strength of Your Hair?

    Research Says

According to research, hair loss can develop depending on a person's gender identity, which is partially familiar in men. Are you having trouble with your thin hair or experiencing hair loss these past few days? If you have long and thin hair and you want to increase the volume, cutting it short is the best remedy to add volume. There are short hairstyles for thin hair that you can try, and you can pick which one you think suits you the most.

    Amazing Healthy Remedies

Do not lose hope if you try it once, do it for the second time, and then for the third and fourth time until you see results. We struggle because that's just how life is, but we keep going.

    1.  Egg

These eggs are rich in protein and can supply the vitamins to the hair that can cause the hair to be strong and thick. When you use eggs as a home remedy regimen, beat one or two eggs, apply the beaten egg to the scalp, and dampen the hair. Then leave the beaten egg mixture on your hair for at least 30 minutes, and wash your hair with mild shampoo and warm water thoroughly. Once or twice a week, you can use the egg remedy treatment to help thicken and strengthen your hair.

    2.  Olive Oil

Did you know that olive oil is rich in omega-3 acids, nutrients, and vitamins for hair health? If you apply olive oil directly to your hair and scalp, it may help thicken your hair; it also helps moisturize dry scalps and soften hair. When you want to use olive oil for your hair treatment, heat the oil to body temperature, and massage the warm oil into the hair and scalp. Leave it for 35 minutes and wash it thoroughly with mild shampoo and warm water. You can also add honey to your olive oil. Furthermore, some people leave the olive oil on their hair overnight and cover it with a shower cap. You can also use castor oil, coconut oil, rosemary oil, and aloe gel.

    3.  Proper Nutrition

This step is the most important, not just for your hair but also for your health. Some disregard proper nutrition and only trust the products they use for their hair. A nutritious diet plan contains a range of vitamins, proteins, and healthy fats that are one of the primary sources of achieving thick and volumized hair. If your hair is thin, take it as a sign that you are not getting enough nutrients from the food you eat. These foods are considered nutrient-rich and might help strengthen and thicken your hair. They are rich in protein and fatty acids, so include salmon in your diet plan. Eggs also contain omega-3, iron, and protein. You can also eat almonds, walnuts, and other nuts because they are rich in fatty acids.

    Sharing is Caring

Take good care of yourself first, and eat a balanced meal for you to appreciate the true beauty that you already have. Be healthy so your hair will become stronger and volumized, just like you.
