Directions for making this Easy Apple Spice Mug Cake Recipe
Add all of your dry ingredients - the flour, the brown sugar, the baking powder and the cinnamon to your mug and stir it up to combine the ingredients.
The extra nice thing about this apple spice mug cake recipe is that you do not have to worry about washing a bunch of dishes after you are done with dessert, as there aren't any!
Add in the applesauce, the coconut oil and the milk and mix it all together really well.
Make sure that your dry and wet ingredients are all completely combined, as this small batch recipe does not leave any room for mistakes.
Next you are going to cook your little mug cake in the microwave for 90 seconds. If it's not cooked all the way through, no worries!
Just simply heat the mug cake for another 10 seconds until it is cooked completely through. Watch it carefully as it will become rubbery if you overcook it! No one wants a rubbery cake!
