Easter Chick Cupcakes Recipe
When the Easter holiday rolls around each year, my mother, my sisters and I get excited about what we are each going to bring as our contribution to the Easter Dinner potluck.
You see, our family is SO large that there is NO WAY one single person can provide a meal for any holiday gathering! We usually have at least 20 people in attendance, and that is only IF not all of the cousins come with their partners and children.
Otherwise, we are looking at up to 30+ people…and my parents, who always host holiday gatherings, only have a kitchen table to seat 8. They set up a folding banquet table, people sit on the sofa and chairs, and some sit outside on the extra banquet tables.
