Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen meatballs
- 16 oz frozen stir fry vegetables any variety
- 2 potatoes cut into small chunks
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl mix soup, milk, sour cream, and salt & pepper until well combined
- Stir in potatoes, stir fry vegetables, and meatballs
- Pour into baking dish or cast iron skillet
- Cover and bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours until potatoes are tender and everything is heated through
