    Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole is a quick and easy dinner loaded with meatballs, vegetables, potatoes, and a rich, tangy sour cream sauce. It's the perfect weeknight dinner or potluck item.

    This is one of my favorite recipes to make, especially on busy days when I need dinner, but I also need to do other things.

    Just like the name implies, all I have to do is dump everything together, mix it, and bake. That's it! I can make this dish no matter how busy I am, and it's always delicious and filling.

    How to Make Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole

    As you might imagine with a name like "dump and bake", this casserole is incredibly easy to make. It only takes a few minutes of prep and a little baking. That's it!

    1: Preheat your over to 425 degrees F. Combine the wet ingredients, salt, and pepper. Then, add the meatballs and vegetables.

    2: Bake covered until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is heated through.

    Ingredients
      

    • 16 oz frozen meatballs
    • 16 oz frozen stir fry vegetables any variety
    • 2 potatoes cut into small chunks
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 cup milk
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • Salt & pepper to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
    • In a large bowl mix soup, milk, sour cream, and salt & pepper until well combined
    • Stir in potatoes, stir fry vegetables, and meatballs
    • Pour into baking dish or cast iron skillet
    • Cover and bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours until potatoes are tender and everything is heated through

      It does not show anywhere the temperature to bake at.

      Omg. You’re totally right! I cut off the first step that is to preheat the oven to 425 degrees F! I just fixed it.
