Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set it aside.
Melt the white chocolate baking chips in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent seizing. We recommend using disposable paper bowls for easy cleanup.
Once fully melted, transfer about ΒΌ cup of the chocolate into a separate bowl and mix in red food coloring until you achieve the desired shade of pink.
Pour the remaining white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a large rectangle. Drizzle the pink colored chocolate over the top in thin lines, then use a toothpick to swirl the colors together.
Decorate with Peeps bunny marshmallows, Easter sprinkles, and candies.
Refrigerate uncovered for about 30 minutes or until firm. Once set, break or cut into pieces. Store any leftover bark covered in the refrigerator.
