Author Jennifer

Ingredients

  • 1-12 oz bag white chocolate baking chips
  • PEEPS Marshmallow Bunnies
  • Easter candy sprinkles
  • Assorted Easter candy - We used Spring M&Ms and Cadbury mini eggs
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set it aside.
  • Melt the white chocolate baking chips in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent seizing. We recommend using disposable paper bowls for easy cleanup.
  • Once fully melted, transfer about ΒΌ cup of the chocolate into a separate bowl and mix in red food coloring until you achieve the desired shade of pink.
  • Pour the remaining white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a large rectangle. Drizzle the pink colored chocolate over the top in thin lines, then use a toothpick to swirl the colors together.
  • Decorate with Peeps bunny marshmallows, Easter sprinkles, and candies.
  • Refrigerate uncovered for about 30 minutes or until firm. Once set, break or cut into pieces. Store any leftover bark covered in the refrigerator.
