Valentine's Day Strawberry Brownies Recipe
This easy and fun Valentine's Day Recipe Strawberry Brownies is the perfect Valentine's Day dessert to whip up for someone special this year!
Ingredients
- Brownie Ingredients:
- 1 box 15.25 oz, strawberry cake mix
- ⅓ cup oil
- 2 eggs
- optional to add flavor: ¼ teaspoon strawberry flavoring
- Icing Ingredients:
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1-½ teaspoons milk
- valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Brownie Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a square, 8x8 baking pan with foil. Spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Add cake mix, oil, eggs and flavor (if using) to a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or just until the edges begin to brown. Remove from oven and cool completely in pan. Remove from pan and peel away foil. Cut into 9 squares.
- Icing Directions:
- Add powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl and mix well. Place into a resealable sandwich bag and snip the tip. Drizzle onto brownies and sprinkle with valentine sprinkles. Let set for icing to harden a bit.
