Ingredients

  • 6 Apples
  • Caramel:
  • Sugar 300 g
  • Water 40 ml
  • Glaze:
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Wash the apples, insert wooden sticks in the middle.
  • In a saucepan, mix sugar and water. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until sugar dissolves and caramelizes.
  • Mix everything for the glaze.
  • Dip each apple in caramel, let dry. Draw a gossamer with icing.
