Easter Sugar Cookie Tart Recipe


  • 1 pouch 17.5 oz, sugar cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package 10 oz, Easter M&M candies, divided
  • 1/2 a tub white frosting
  • colorful sprinkles
  • bunny icing decorations


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 12" pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Add cookie mix, butter and egg to a mixing bowl and mix well until combined. Fold in 1 cup candies. Spread evenly into prepared pan and gently press with your fingertips or backĀ of a spoon.
  3. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until center is set and edges begin to brown. Cool Completely.
  4. Place frosting into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe icing onto the cookie, as if it was a clock, beginning at 12, 3, 6, 9 and filling in the spaces in between. Sprinkle with additional candies, sprinkles and icing decorations. Slice and serve immediately or cover and store at room temperature until ready to serve.
