Mini Pumpkin Spice Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 box of Spice cake mix any brand
- 1-2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 15 oz can of pumpkin
- 2 bananas mashed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12 count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or liners
- Combine the cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, canned pumpkin and mashed banana's mixing well (see photo)
- Fill each muffin tin with batter.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
- Store covered.
