- 15.25 oz Spice cake mix any brand
- 1-2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 15 oz pumpkin
- 2 bananas mashed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12 count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or liners
Combine the cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, canned pumpkin and mashed banana's mixing well (see photo)
Fill each muffin tin with batter.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
Store covered.
