Ingredients

  • 15.25 oz Spice cake mix any brand
  • 1-2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 15 oz pumpkin
  • 2 bananas mashed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12 count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or liners
  • Combine the cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, canned pumpkin and mashed banana's mixing well (see photo)
  • Fill each muffin tin with batter.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.
  • Store covered.
