Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper).
In a stand mixer combine the wet ingredients until smooth then slowly mix in the dry. Be careful to not over mix the batter.
Make uniform sized balls and place them on the parchment paper. They will spread only a little bit.
Bake for 8-12 minutes depending on how your oven heats and the size of the cookies.
