Slow Cooker Cheesy Garlic Bacon Potatoes


  • 5 large russet potatoes peeled and cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon water


  1. Spray your slow cooker with a nonstick cooking spray of your choosing. Layer half of the potatoes with the onion, garlic salt, bacon and cheese into the slow cooker.

  2. Then, repeat the same process with the remaining layer.

  3. Next, drizzle 1 tablespoon of water over the potatoes.

  4. Finally, cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-3-1/2 hours.

  5. Stir before serving.
