Pre-heat oven to *400. In the pan you cooked the bacon in, the one with the fat left over, toss in your chopped Swiss Chard and butter. Cook until wilted. About 3 minutes.
While that's going, bring cream and garlic to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in salt and pepper.
Place wilted chard in an oven safe dish. I like my cast iron pan.
Pour warmed cream mixture over the top. Add bacon and cheese over the top of that evenly.
Finally, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and top off with a bit more salt & pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is all bubbly, warm, brown, yummy.
Serve hot!
