Easter Sweets: PEEPS Cheesecake Bars Recipe

  • 8 Golden Oreos finely crushed
  • 8 Golden Oreos coarsely crushed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Marshmallow Peeps
  • Edible Easter Grass
  • 4, 4 ounce mason jars


  1. Mix finely crushed Oreos and melted butter together.
  2. Divide evenly and spoon into mason jars. Press firmly in the bottom with a tart shaper or the back of a spoon.
  3. Add cream cheese, whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Beat until mixture is smooth.
  4. Divide evenly among each jar (about 3 tablespoons per jar) and smooth.
  5. Top with coarsely crushed Oreos and edible Easter grass cut into 1" strips. Top with a marshmallow peep.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 4
