Cool Down With This Summertime Dessert: Summer Watermelon Pie Recipe
3oz size watermelon flavored gelatin
seeds and rind removed and cubed in small pieces
16oz whipped topping, thawed
graham cracker crust
In a large microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup water. Place in the microwave and heat until boiling. Remove from microwave and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Let set until cooled to room temperature.
Stir in whipped topping and watermelon. Spoon mixture into prepared crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until ready to serve.
