Sriracha Seafood Nachos

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Shrimp Small Precooked
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 TBS Sriracha Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 Avocado Hass is preferred
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  • Lightly toss thawed, drained shrimp in about 1 TBS Olive oil. Just enough to coat the shrimp.
  • Add 1 TBS Sriracha Garlic Seasoning to start, add more for added heat.
  • Pour into a heated pan. Cook over medium heat until shrimp is warm through. I like mine to brown just a bit for added crunch.
  • While the shrimp is warming up, pit and peel 1 Hass avocado.
  • Add juice from half a lime. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • Throw all of your favorite fixings on top of the tortilla chips. Top with guac and call dinner served.
