Orange Jello Salad

Orange Jello Salad is a taste of the tropics in every bite. This classic jello dessert recipe combines Mandarin oranges, pineapple, shredded coconut, and mini marshmallows with a whipped topping! YUM! This easy Ambrosia salad recipe is the best dessert or side dish for brunch!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz whipped topping 12 oz, larger tub whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 oz orange gelatin small orange gelatin packet
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple 8 oz, crushed pineapple, drained
  • 15 oz mandarin oranges 15 oz, can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1-½ cups mini colorful marshmallows
  • ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine whipped topping, sour cream and gelatin. Mix well until combined.
  • Add pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and pineapple and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight for flavors to mingle.
  • When ready to serve, stir well and serve topped with additional shredded coconut if desired.
