12 oz whipped topping 12 oz, larger tub whipped topping, thawed ½ cup sour cream 3 oz orange gelatin small orange gelatin packet 8 oz crushed pineapple 8 oz, crushed pineapple, drained 15 oz mandarin oranges 15 oz, can mandarin oranges, drained 1-½ cups mini colorful marshmallows ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut
In a mixing bowl, combine whipped topping, sour cream and gelatin. Mix well until combined.
Add pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and pineapple and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight for flavors to mingle.
When ready to serve, stir well and serve topped with additional shredded coconut if desired.
