Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the flatbread onto the baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, spread olive oil onto the flatbread. Top with greek seasoning and shredded Parmesan cheese.
Add artichoke hearts, red bell pepper, kalamata olives, red onion and feta cheese to the top.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and slice. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
