Ingredients

  • 7 oz flatbread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon greek seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese shredded
  • ½ cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives halved
  • 2 tablespoons red onion chopped
  • 2 ounces feta cheese. crumbled
  • balsamic glaze
  • chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the flatbread onto the baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, spread olive oil onto the flatbread. Top with greek seasoning and shredded Parmesan cheese.
  • Add artichoke hearts, red bell pepper, kalamata olives, red onion and feta cheese to the top.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and slice. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
