Instant Pot Garlic Sesame Ramen

Ingredients

  • 2 Ramen Noodles
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ red bell pepper sliced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Garlic salt - to taste
  • Seasoned salt - to taste
  • Seasoned pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Remove the Ramen Noodles, from the package, and discard the seasoning packet.
  • Place the Ramen Noodles in the Instant Pot, and add the chicken broth, red pepper, yellow pepper, Soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, sesame seeds, broccoli florets, and minced garlic,  and stir well.
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper, and stir again to blend all ingredients.  Place the lid on the Instant Pot, and press the MANUAL button, and set the time to 4 minutes.
  • Make sure the pressure valve is set to SEALING.
  • When the Instant Pot beeps and goes to off , turn the pressure valve from sealing to VENTING, and make sure all pressure has been released.
  • When all pressure has been released, and the float valve has dropped down, remove the lid to the Instant Pot, and stir the Ramen Noodles, vegetables, and broth.
  • Serve at once.  Enjoy!
