Ingredients

  • 14.4 oz graham crackers (1 box)
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened (1 block)
  • 6.8 oz instant lemon pudding mix (2 boxes, 3.4 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 16 oz whipped topping (thawed)
  • Fresh lemon slices (optional)

Instructions

  • Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 dish to form the first layer.
  • Reserve 1 cup of whipped topping and refrigerate.
  • Beat cream cheese, pudding mix, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
  • Slowly add milk and mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  • Spread filling between three layers of graham crackers, finishing with lemon filling on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Top with reserved whipped topping and lemon slices before serving.
