14.4 oz graham crackers (1 box) 8 oz cream cheese softened (1 block) 6.8 oz instant lemon pudding mix (2 boxes, 3.4 oz each) 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon lemon zest 2.5 cups milk 16 oz whipped topping (thawed) Fresh lemon slices (optional)
Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 dish to form the first layer.
Reserve 1 cup of whipped topping and refrigerate.
Beat cream cheese, pudding mix, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
Slowly add milk and mix until fully combined.
Fold in the remaining whipped topping.
Spread filling between three layers of graham crackers, finishing with lemon filling on top.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Top with reserved whipped topping and lemon slices before serving.
