Ingredients

  • 1-12 inch pizza crust pre-baked
  • 14 oz cranberry sauce
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese sliced thin, or shredded
  • 1 cup cooked and cubed chicken
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese cubed/crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place crust onto an ungreased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on pizza crust.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese, chicken, onions, Brie cheese. Sprinkle with dried rosemary.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
