Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (1 brick, softened)
  • 7 oz marshmallow cream (1 tub)
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding (1 small box)
  • 4 oz whipped topping (thawed)
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee (dissolved in 1 tablespoon warm water)
  • cup plus 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (divided)
  • Nilla wafers, cream filled wafer rolls, waffle pretzels (for serving)

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream, pudding mix, and coffee until smooth.
  • Add whipped topping and beat again until blended.
  • Fold in ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl and top with remaining chocolate chips.
  • Serve immediately or chill until ready.
