Easter Carrot Dirt Cups Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Ingredients
- 1 package fresh ripe strawberries (select berries with bit leafy greens at the top)
- 12 ounces white chocolate dyed orange or candy orange melting wafers
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
Instructions
- Hand wash and thoroughly dry each strawberry, including the green tops.
- Line a large tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Follow the package instructions for melting the chocolate, if needed, add the orange dye at this time.
- Dip each strawberry into the chocolate all the way up to the tip of the greens.
- Place on the tray to let the chocolate harden, this will happen rather quickly.
