Chocolate Chip Cookie Icebox Cake
This old fashioned chocolate chip cookie icebox cake looks like a bakery dessert, and is a crowd pleasing no bake desserts recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 packages chocolate chip cookies (13 oz each)
- 1 block cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
- 4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Arrange 12 cookies in a circle with a few in the middle on a serving platter.
- Whip cream until stiff; add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Spread a thick layer of filling over cookies. Add another cookie layer.
- Repeat layers until out of cookies, ending with filling on top.
- Pipe decorative dollops and top with half cookies and mini chocolate chips.
- Cover and chill overnight. Slice and serve.
