Ingredients

  • ½ cup blackberries fresh
  • 10 mint leaves fresh
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and extra blackberries for garnish

Instructions

  • First, in a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle the fresh blackberries and mint leaves together. Cut one lime in half and squeeze the juice, and make sure to remove any seeds that may fall in.
  • Then fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the blackberry and mint mixture over the ice. We used a mason jar, because they're so summery and fun!
  • Add the agave syrup and give it a good stir to combine all the ingredients.
  • Top off the glass with a bit of sparkling water, making sure that you leave a little bit of space at the top for the garnish.
  • Then stir gently to mix the flavors together.
  • Why not sprinkle in a few more blackberries for an extra pop of flavor and a touch of visual charm? Plus, there's more fruit to snack on after you finish your drink! YUM!
  • Give the mocktail a final stir and serve it immediately.
  • You can also garnish the glass with a sprig of fresh mint or a lime wedge on the rim. Enjoy your refreshing Blackberry Mojito Mocktail!

Notes

If you want to make this with alcohol, just add 1 or 2 ounces of white rum to the mix - depending on how strong you like it!
