- 1 can (12 oz) lager beer
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 3 cups shredded cheddar
- Optional: green onions
- Soft pretzels
Whisk cornstarch and evaporated milk in a deep saucepan.
