Baked Chicken Cutlets

These Oven Baked Chicken Cutlets makes an easy dinner and are perfect to pair with pasta or vegetable side dishes for a tasty family dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley optional for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Mix together paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of the chicken cutlets and place into an ovenproof skillet or baking pan.
  • Drizzle one side of chicken with half of the olive oil. Flip the cutlets and drizzle with remaining oil.
  • Bake for 7 minutes, flip chicken over and bake for an additional 7 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes. Serve topped with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
