Macaroni and Ham Casserole
Our Macaroni and Ham Casserole recipe combines ham, mushrooms, pimentos, and everything we love about mac and cheese into a one pot meal!

Ingredients

cups
milk
1
can cream of mushroom soup
2
cups
ham
cooked & diced
1
cup
dry macaroni
4
oz
can or jar mushrooms
drained
2
tablespoons
pimentos
diced
1
tablespoon
dry onion
minced
½
cup
cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and prepare baking dish with nonstick spray
In a large bowl whisk milk and soup together until smooth
Add in all remaining ingredients except cheese
Spoon into baking dish
Bake 45 minutes to an hour
Remove from oven and sprinkle on cheese
Bake 10-15 minutes more
Notes
Allow to rest for 5 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
